The Yoga for Parents Circle:
January
A free community practice for parents navigating overstimulation
Feeling constantly “on” as a parent?
Between the noise, input, decision-making, and pace of daily life, many of us are living in a state of near-constant overstimulation. When your body and mind are overloaded, it’s common to feel reactive or withdrawn. This isn’t a personal flaw — it’s a natural response to sustained stress, and a sign that your body is asking for support and balance. Over time, the intensity of modern parenthood can pull you away from yourself, making it harder to feel grounded, present, or at ease.
This 30-minute online YFP Circle offers a space to:
Return to yourself through mindful movement
Settle your nervous system and soften out of overstimulation
Share in community with other parents who understand what this feels like
When: Thursday January 15, 2026 | 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm EST

Led by Dr. Rebecca Baldassarri — parent of two, M.D., RYT-200
Through the lens of yoga, medicine, and her own parenting journey, Dr. Baldassarri supports parents in cultivating calm, presence, and greater ease in everyday family life.
Her work invites parents to step into a more intentional way of leading at home — reconnecting with themselves, responding with clarity rather than reactivity, and nurturing deeper connection, steadiness, and joy, both on and off the mat.
